One team does all of it, in-house. Below is what each service includes, so you don’t have to guess what exactly you are getting.
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn – photo, video, copy and running the profiles. Packages go from one to three networks and from one to four posts a week. We shoot at your place, we don’t buy stock photos.
Setting up, running and measuring campaigns. You pay a monthly fee plus a percentage of the ad budget, and the budget itself goes directly to Google or Meta, not through us.
Technical fixes, structure, content and measurement. We first measure what the site is currently telling search engines, and only then make suggestions – not the other way round.
Preparing and sending newsletters. Charged per newsletter sent, not per month – if you send rarely, you pay rarely.
A site you can edit yourself afterwards. No agency lock-in: the logins are yours from day one and stay yours if we part ways.
When an existing plugin doesn’t do what you need, we write our own – for WordPress, connected to the spreadsheets and systems you already run. The price depends on the scope.
Print materials, ads, visuals for social media and visual identity. Quoted per job, because quantities and formats vary too much for a fixed price list to mean anything.
An hour on one specific problem – why the site brings no enquiries, why a campaign isn’t working, or whether you need what you are planning at all. No obligation to continue with us.
This is the part that sets us apart from an agency that simply orders a website. When an existing plugin doesn’t do what a client needs, we write our own. Some of them we sell as products, and some solve a regulation – like the machine-readable price list publishing that Serbian retailers are required to do.
Food ordering directly on the restaurant’s website – no commission, no middleman and no WooCommerce.
A QR code in the hotel room, the order lands on the staff tablet. No app the guest has to install.
A tool that turns a menu from a PDF or a photo into a spreadsheet ready for import. Free, even if you are not our client.
You don’t need to know what the service is called. Describing the problem is enough – no enquiries, the site is slow, a competitor sits above you in search.
We open the site, the account or whatever already exists, then tell you what makes sense to do first, how long it takes and what it costs. If we think you don’t need it, we will say so.
In the agreed order, with a report in plain language – what was done, what changed and what comes next. We don’t send a wall of numbers for you to interpret yourself.
Write two sentences about what you are trying to solve. We will reply with what we would do first – and whether you need an agency for it at all.
